100 Year Old Says Secret To Old Age Is ‘Booze’
Forget eating right and excercise, if you want to live to 100, toss back a cold one everyday.
Let's meet Pauline Spagnola. Pauline recently celebrated her 100th birthday at her home which is an assisted living facility in Pennsylvania.
A required question to ask of all centenarians is 'what is the key to your longevity?'
In Pauline's case it's "a lot of booze", as she recently told TV station WNEP.
I love the honesty and candor of our elders. You don't get to an old age by being a fool, and if they say booze is one of the keys to a long life, then raise a glass or three to your health.
Towards that end, it's a good time to remind you of America on Tap-Eliot, ME at the Raitt Farm on Saturday June 27th. It runs from 3-6pm a lot of good beer, food and music.
Take 100 year old Pauline's advice. You can definitely add years to your life by attending this event!
