4 Tips To Help Determine If Your Roof Is Safe

Hey, we just had a lot of snow fall in the area and you may be wondering if your roof can handle it. Here are 4 things to look for to help determine if your roof is in danger of collapsing courtesy of WMUR and State Fire Marshall Bill Degnan.

1. Check for recent or new cracks in wall.
2. Look for sprinkler heads pushed down below ceiling tiles and doors that pop open.
3. Make sure there are no bowed utility pipes.
4. Listen for creaking, cracking and popping sounds.

Do a little home inspection and make sure you are safe under that roof!

If you do find any of the issues listed above, get out of the house and call the fire department.
