8 People Facing Drug Charges In Strafford County

(Dover, NH) - Police arrested 4 individuals and issued arrest warrants for 4 others for the sale of controlled drugs.

Arrested were 31 year old Joel Barlow, 47 year old Candice Pownall, 43 year old Cushaw Barnett and 39 year old Shannon Swett, all of Dover.  The charges against them include the sale of cocaine, crack cocaine, methamphetamine and heroin.

Authorities have issued arrest warrants for 20 year old Justin Brito of Somersworth, 47 year old Robie Minoose of Dover, 35 year old Christina Moore of Farmington and 25 year old Tyler Canney of Rochester on charges of selling heroin, cocaine and fentanyl.

The arrests were part of Operation Granite Shield.
