A Dover Man Has Been Arrested For Pointing A Gun At Two People

(Dover, NH) - Dover Police say no one was injured in the incident outside Thompson's Tavern early Thursday morning.

24 year old Marshall H. Lyons was charged with felony level Reckless Conduct after police say he followed two subjects into the adjacent courtyard then they left the bar at closing time. He instigated an argument and pointed a handgun at them before the victims retreated back to the bar and and a staff member called police.

Lyons was located a short time later, and police say he was carrying two handguns and two large knives.

Lyons was arrested on one count of Reckless Conduct and is free on P.R. bail pending a court appearance next month.
