This mashup between The BeeGee's 'Stayin' Alive' and AC/DC's 'Back in Black' seems the most unlikely pairing of tunes at first, but the more you listen (it kicks in around :15) and the more you think about it, the similarities between the bands are 'fever'ishly striking.

The three 'Brothers Gibb' were all born on the Isle of Man off the coast of Scotland and moved to Queensland, Austrailia sometime in the early '60s. Angus, Malcolm and George Young of AC/DC (also 3 brothers) were born in Scotland and moved to Sydney, Australia in 1963.

The album "Saturday Night Fever, The Original Movie Soundtrack" was released in late 1977 and charted (stayed alive?) on the Billboard Album chart until 1980! 1980 was the year in which "Back in Black" was released and could have conceivably knocked it off the chart for good.

Not until I heard this mashup did the mysterious coincidences start to unveil themselves in among a sweet sonic hybrid flood of Scotch/Austrailian Hard Rock and Disco.
