Recently, the Seabrook Planning Board "conditionally approved" a new shopping center that would allow BJ's Wholesale Club, as well as a new restaurant to move into the space once occupied by Sam's Club.

In an article at seacoastonline.com, there are 16 conditions that need to be met, including traffic considerations that include widening Perkins Avenue to help with additional traffic.

This is welcome news as this project would bring jobs back to the area that was hit with the closing of Sam's Club.
