Boston Marathon Finish Line Gets Shoveled, So Who Did It?

This guy was so nice to shovel off the #bostonmarathon finish line today to remind us why we go out there and run #everyday even in the blizzard! #bostonstrong #boston

Impressive gesture by whomever is responsible for this. As of right now it's still unclear as to who it is that shoveled the finish line.

Social media is on a man hunt using #whoshoveledthefinishline. Updates to come when the shoveler is identified.

UPDATE - The mystery shoveler has been identified as a bartender at the Boston Social Club. He told Boston Magazine, "I only did it to send a message…I love the Boston Marathon and everything it stands for, the finish line doesn't deserve to be covered in snow."

Moments like these give me goose bumps. Especially knowing I won't even go near my front porch with a shovel. That snow is staying there until April.
