Tomorrow, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell hears Tom Brady's appeal of the four game suspension handed down to him for being 'generally aware' that footballs in the AFC Championship game were under inflated.

We've waited a long time for this, finally Brady will have his day to defend himself.

In the last couple of weeks, American Enterprise Institute, the Washington Post, and the New York Times have torn apart Roger Goodell and the Wells Report. Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank stands by Brady as do many NFL players.

Goodell could uphold, eliminate or reduce the suspension. The Patriots have already accepted the punishment of a 1 million dollar fine and the loss of a 1st round draft pick and a 7th rounder.

So, do we learn of Brady's fate tomorrow or do we wait again after the commissioner hears Brady's side?

We probably wait again.

If the suspension is upheld, Brady can sue the NFL and Goodell, and possibly request a temporary restraining order that would allow him to take the field while the legal process plays out.

'Deflategate' might not be close to being resolved.
