Briand’s Basketball Brilliance Betters my Beautiful Bracket

I really thought I had the rest of the employees of The Bob Fuller Media Center under my thumb when it came to The Townsquare Staff Bracket Challenge. Yet, once again, Shark News Director Don Briand has outdone me and I have no hope of victory.

Of the hundreds and hundreds of employees, I was so proud to be tied with 73 others at 127th place, excited that I chose Villanova to not only make the semis, but to reach the championship game. A very respectable finish for yours truly and possible bragging rights for the best score in the building. WRONG!

Not only is Don ALSO tied for 127th place, a quick look at his bracket above shows that he has Villanova to win it all! The best I can hope for is a Top 100 finish and to be looked at as a dim side note to another Don Briand dominated tourney. Oh the intense March sadness! Oh the agony of defeat!
