Can Bacon Be Cooked With A Magnifying Glass? Outside On a Frigid NH Day?

Inspired by a viral video in which a redneck cooks bacon with a machine gun, we have been challenged by our digital guru to come up with our own method of frying bacon. But we must NOT use an oven in any way. Will a magnifying glass do the job?

I was amazed at how quick I could get that bacon sizzling, crackling and burning all within a few seconds. I did this outside on the hood of my cold car at 10am with brutal winds whipping on a 28 degree day. Just look at these beautiful crunchy burn marks!
