Decision Made In Portsmouth Jeweler’s Let It Snow Promotion

It snowed on Christmas Day, and shoppers of the 'Let It Snow' promotion at Springers Jewelers in Portsmouth were hoping for a lot more than a white Christmas. Springers offered the final word this afternoon.

So, there it is folks. Snowed up to 10" in surrounding areas, but unfortunately not enough for free jewelry to those who took them up on the promotion. Better luck next year!
