Defense Lawyers Question Mazzaglia’a Girlfriend [NEWS]

(Dover,N.H. ) - Defense lawyers for Seth Mazzaglia, who's accused of raping and killing  UHN student Elizabeth Marriott, say his girlfriend, Kat McDonough, changed her story and testified against him just to get a reduced sentence. During cross examination, the defense reminded McDonough that she first said Marriott died during consensual sex with her. McDonough agreed she later changed her story, saying Mazzaglia killed Marriott after she rejected his sexual advances. McDonough has plead guilty to hindering prosecution and is serving  1 and a half to three years in prison.
