Do You Have this Strange Twitter Compulsion?

There was a rather alarming picture on my Twitter feed yesterday from Deb Cram, a terrific local media photog. It was even more alarming when I realized it was basically taken in my backyard!

Not one minute after seeing this,(even though 5 hours had passed and there wasn't anything happening) I was standing at the same spot a half a block away from my house, trying to recreate the exact angle with my phone.

Now upon looking at it, I think I should just keep my day job and let the professionals continue to do their great work without my copycat compulsion.

Do you feel compelled to capture any local news scenes on your smartphone like I do? I can't be the only one, right?
