Dover Greek Festival Is This Weekend

This festival has been a part of Dover for over 40 years.

This years Dover Greek Festival is this Friday, Sept 2, from 4-10pm and Saturday, Sept 3, from 11am-10pm.

The festival will be at the Hellenic Center, 219 Longhill Rd and is hosted by the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church. Admission and parking are free.

The festival of course features authentic Greek food, including roast lamb and soulvaki. Spirits include Ouzo and Metaxa as well as imported Greek beer. There will also be a variety of desert pastries.

All ages are invited, and there will be activities and games featured in a children's corner.

Proceeds raised will benefit Dover Police Charities and the Dover Children's Home.
