Another space that was once a parking lot in Dover is slated for development.

First, it was the First Street lot a few years back, and now, the current parking lot on Third Street's days are numbered.

According to an article at Fosters.com, there will be two buildings built in the space which is now a parking lot.

Apparently there will be at least 22 residential units as well as commercial property in both the buildings.

The lower floors of the buildings could be occupied by restaurants.
