OK, so The Stanley Cup Final may feature two teams NOT named The Bruins. However, according to WalletHub, Boston is NUMBER ONE for hockey in the entire country! And Durham is in the Top 25!

As a UNH alum, I'm very proud that my beloved Wildcats are at the very top of some extremely competitive lists.

If you delve into the numbers, you'll see that The Whittemore Center and it's 6,501 seating capacity is comparable only to Lewiston, NY's Hyde Park Ice Pavillion.

I call 'shenanigans' on this because their facility is used for North American 3HL and Junior Leagues and not truly the home of any one collegiate squad.

Also UNH's social media footprint (paw print?) is the best by far. The Wildcats have the highest number of Twitter followers and Facebook likes per capita THAN ANY Division One Program. Goooooooo Blue!

Boston has always been a hotbed for college hockey and is ranked NUMBER ONE in that category.

When you combine that with a very impressive #3 rank for it's original six franchise Bruins, is there any doubt which city is Number One OVERALL?
