‘Dust Devil’ Causes Destruction In Fanfest Area of Rose Bowl [VIDEO]

Well that escalated quickly!  A 'dust devil' suddenly appeared in the fanfest area of the Rose Bowl a day before the big game and destroyed tents and displays.  This sudden event really seemed to confuse the person wearing the cow costume as well.

There are pop-up tents and debris flying everywhere as people are running for cover and the cow is more worried about keeping its head from blowing off rather than getting to a safe area.  Man, you feel bad for the people that had their cars parked there.  Amazing how fast the winds came in and then left, and how powerful they were.  Luckily no one was hurt.
