DWTS Elimination: The Curse of the Perfect Score
The perfect score may be the ultimate goal for a DWTS dancing duo, however if you watch enough episodes, you know that it often comes at the ultimate price.
Full House/Fuller House star Jodie Sweetin is the latest victim of perfection. She and her Pro Partner Keo Motsepe were given the boot just a few cruel minutes after this flawless jive.
As the years go by and similar injustices pile up, I makes me wonder why the judges scores aren't weighted more heavily. They should also create an immunity prize for teams that score the highest during non-final shows.
Superior dancers have been eliminated so often on this show that it seems counterproductive to the overall entertainment value to consistently delete the best teams.
Ah, but only 5 couples remain and the finals draw ever closer. Despite my rant, I'll still be at the edge of my seat next week to see who gets the ax. Any efforts I put forth to stop watching out of a sense of justice will be futile.
I'll leave you with Ginger Zee's tango, the other perfect score from last night. (I predict she finishes in 2nd behind Paige VanZant)
