If you felt the earth move under your feet last night at 6:44pm, you were most likely in the Lakes Region, as according to a report in the Unionleader, a 2.0 magnitude quake was recorded.

A 2.0 magnitude quake was recorded at 6:44 p.m. Tuesday, with the epicenter about 1 kilometer southwest of the center of town, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

It was just last fall that a 1.9 magnitude quake was lodged near Sanbornville.

Funny, this being Valentine's Day, I would have thought most reports of earth-moving events would take place tonight.
