Excavator Falls Through the Ground During Demolition of Olde Port Traders
After only a few minutes on the job, an excavator fell through the ground during the demolition of Olde Port Traders in Portsmouth this morning. Seacoast Online's Suzanne Laurent tweeted a pic of the aftermath.
A worker was injured during the unfortunate accident. According to Seacoast Online the excavator fell through an unsupported basement ceiling 8-10 feet below.
As if Mondays aren't bad enough. Let's hope the worker makes a full recovery.
