Fake Police Sketch of Real Dover Police Impersonator

Dover residents are being told to be on the lookout for a man in his 40's or 50's driving a Ford Fusion who is impersonating a police officer. Since there currently isn't a police sketch of him, I decided to give it a try with Microsoft Paint.

The white male suspect is approximately 5' 3'' and is wearing a blue t-shirt with a fake badge (The badge may not be emblazoned with the word 'Fake' as I illustrated above.)

He has a facial scar near his mouth ( It may not look anything like the large black line that I scrawled on this picture.)

The suspect is telling those that he pulls over "The Police Department is watching you."

The photo below is that of a actual black Ford Fusion, the suspect has been seen driving a make and model of this car while committing these fake vehicular apprehensions.
