The Somersworth Farmer's Market is now going to be held on Monday from 3-6pm. It will still be at the Goodwin Community Health Center on Rt.108.

According to fosters.com, this year there will be giveaways, children's activities and more.

There will be a number of farms, bakers and more offering a variety of local products.

The vendor list includes Lasting Legacy Farm, Arrowhead Farm, The Root Seller, Gem Farm, Anderson’s Mini Maples, Sweets by Janey, Happy Belly Bakeshop and Teatotaller Tea House.

They will be offering seasonal fruits and vegetables, eggs, beef, pork and chicken, baked goods — including gluten free — relishes, iced drinks and goat milk soap.

In addition, "the Somersworth Farmers’ Market has again partnered with Seacoast Eat Local, a member of the National Nutrition Incentive Network, to accept SNAP/EBT (food stamp) cards this season. A matching program is available to all SNAP recipients through Granite State Market Match. The matching program doubles SNAP purchases dollar for dollar, for up to $10, allowing SNAP customers to double their spending power."
