It took me years to settle on a meatball recipe. This is the one; and it just so happens to be my grandmother's recipe.

A good meatball is probably #2 in the football food power rankings. On a good day, it can beat out buffalo wings.

I've always struggled with staying consistent with making meatballs. Each time I use a different recipe; tweak something here; add something there. Now I don't have to. This is it folks, try this recipe and you won't be disappointed.

(Recipe will yield 22-23 meatballs)

  • 2lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup fine italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tbs minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • Salt & pepper
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
