You can tour the house, just not the grounds, as nobody knows quite where the exploding booby traps are located.

This is the former home of Ed and Elaine Brown of Plainfield, NH, who are serving time in prison for tax evasion. The property has hit the market for a very reasonable $250,000.

The property is located in Plainfield on 100 acres and a features a large main house. It is being auctioned off, starting at $250,000, with the proceeds to go to the Browns hefty tax bill.

Before they were incarcerated, Ed Brown made mention of the explosives hidden around the property to keep the trespassers away.

So, if you've got the cash, there's a mansion in Plainfield with your name on it. The only problem is the somewhat high likelihood there are also unknown explosive booby traps hidden around the grounds.
