Free Ice Fishing in NH on Saturday, Jan. 21

If you want to try out ice fishing, you won't need a NH license on Saturday.

The Granite State is holding it's first free fishing day in the winter this Saturday, Jan. 21.

You will be able to fish without a license in New Hampshire on that day. All other fishing regulations, however, must be followed.

If you are participating in a fishing tournament, even on free fishing day, you must still have a license with you.

New Hampshire also has a free fishing day on the first Saturday in June.
