(Concord, NH) - Gas prices in New Hampshire have fallen another nickle a gallon over the past week.

According to gasbuddy.com, New Hampshire motorists are paying an average price of $2.55 for a gallon of regular today. That's 5 cents lower than last Monday and 98-cents lower that this time last year.

The average price in Vermont has dropped to $2.58 a gallon,  and to $2.59 in Maine and Massachusetts.

The lowest prices in the country are in South Carolina at $2.19 a gallon while in California the average price is $3.59 a gallon.
