Portsmouth Gas Light Co. Restaurant To Re-Open Soon

The Portsmouth restaurant has been closed since December after a major fire.

Eight months after the Portsmouth eatery was closed due to a four alarm fire, the Gas Light Co. is hopeful to open on August 3.

There are still inspections that must occur, but once that is done, and all the t's are crossed and I's are dotted, the pizza ovens should be fired up once again.

I thought the Gaslight had opened up this past Spring, but that's a testament to how often I get to Portsmouth, especially in the summer. I'm not into the crowds that flock to Portsmouth this time of the year.

I'll return in the Fall as there is no better place to enjoy a Pats game than downstairs at the Gaslight with one of their tasty pizzas.
