Happy New Year! Everything’s Coming Up Roses Today [VIDEO]

What a day (and therefore what a year) for the fine folks of Pasadena, California. Not only is this the biggest day on the events calendar, The Rose Bowl is set to be the most meaningful and exciting game (not including The Championship) of the season.

Even if you've never liked parades, the Rose Bowl parade coverage is so extensive that you can usually see a lot of things happen that are not edited or delayed.

I watched this tough old cowboy above go backside over teakettle a couple of years ago and I'm still amazed at how he got up a walked away with a smile on his face. It was a Rose Bowl Day miracle!!
