Have You Tried This Magical Food Truck Out Of Lowell, MA That Sells Eggrolls?

I think one of the reasons I love to visit New York City is because any food you can think of, there is a food truck for it! Cupcakes, grilled cheese, you name it!

Someone on my Facebook feed was looking for recommendations for a local food truck to cater an event they are hosting.  Someone suggested this food truck out of Lowell, MA called "Let's Roll Eggroll Corporation" and mouth instantly started watering.

Just feast your eyes on those cheesy fries!!

Hence the name, eggrolls are their true claim to fame. Are those steak and cheese egg rolls?! Shut the front door.

It seems like they travel around the Lowell/Billerica area but they did come to Milford NH for the NH Food Truck Festival. I will definitely be keeping my eye out for these guys!
