The brick store is a tourist attraction that closed earlier this year. It is thought to be one of the oldest general stores in the country.

You may have shopped there. It is on Rt. 302 near the banks of the Ammonoosuc River. It's on the National Register of Historic Places.

There's also a gift shop and a 1950s-style ice cream shop along with space formerly used an art studio and apartment. The property is at the entrance to the recently restored Bath Covered Bridge.

So if you've dreamed of changing courses in your career and want to slow things down, perhaps a General Store in Bath, NH is calling you.

Auctioneer Paul McInnis Inc. lists its assessed real estate value as $326,400.
