This one is for all of you cross-border commuters going into Maine or Massachusetts.

I've been driving for 35 years, and have been stopped by the police four times. Twice for defective equipment, once for speeding, and once for rolling through a stop sign.

Actually, the rolling through a stop sign ticket lead to me spending 2 hours in jail one night, making me late for my overnight radio shift, but that's a story for another time.

I think I'm a pretty safe driver, and I rarely answer my phone while behind the wheel. So when this new law went into effect, I thought I'd have no problem.

Boy was I wrong. I didn't realize how hooked I was to my phone, and the world that was available to me while driving. I live in a border town and it admittedly feels great to whip out the phone once I cross over to the next state.

We decided to outline this cross-border phenomenon in a video that I am sure all New Hampshire commuters can relate to. The law has only been enforced for a few weeks, but it is feeling like forever.
