I Dare You To Figure Out Why These Cars Levitate [VIDEO]

The reason I phrased the headline that way is because I know the explanation, yet I still can't figure out what happened.

If you notice the car on the other side of the street, (outside of the red highlighted circle), the back end of it will jump in a manner inconsistent with the "wire from a street sweeper" theory.

I blame this on some strange electromagnetic phenomenon or perhaps a voodoo curse.
