Insightful Artist Spray-Paints ‘Im Drunk’ on Side of Portsmouth PD

Someone in Portsmouth was up late working on a nice community art project and used the Portsmouth Police Station as the canvas. 

As noted in the Facebook post the investigation into the graffiti is underway, and they're asking anyone that might know of the artist(s) behind the act come forward with any information.
