All aboard the hype train: Apple has unveiled the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus to the unwashed masses.

Apple revealed the two smartphones during a live stream event, which had some interesting technical difficulties.

The iPhone 6 is the next step in the design, speed, display and features of the iPhone family. The iPhone 6 Plus is a slightly chunkier version of its tinier twin brother.

Both boast a thinner, seamless design and new Retina HD displays boasting over a million pixels. The iPhone 6 comes with a 4.7 inch display, while the Plus version has a 5.5 inch display.

The company boasted that the newest phones have processors that are 50X faster than the original iPhone. This will be combined with high graphics performance to renew their focus on bringing bigger games to mobile.

Payments are getting an overhaul with the new Apple Pay, which provides an easy and secure way to buy things.

Shutterbugs will have the 8MP iSight camera, True Tone flash and improved autofocus to look forward to. Video has also been given a boost with improved features like slo-mo added to the mix.

The iPhone 6 will start at $199 with a two-year contract, while the bigger version will be released at $299. Both will be released on September 19 with pre-orders starting on September 12.

The new iPh...you know what? None of this matters because, no matter what, there are already millions of people ready to get in line and grab these devices when they are released. Will you be one of them?
