An El Nino winter means less snow so bring it on!

WMUR meteorologist Hayley LaPoint is my new favorite weather person because she is predicting a milder than normal winter with less than average snowfall.

As you can see in the video, Hayley does a great job explaining the whole El Nino thing and how it's set up to be the weather pattern of choice this winter.

As one might expect, the worst of the weather will hit during the months of January, February, and March. But those storms might be more mixed precipitation that out-right snow.

Come to think of it, one of the last El Nino winters  we suffered through the ice storm of 1998. That doesn't thrill me. At least I can shovel snow. I may have to re-think this El Nino thing.
