As delicious as these 'babies' are, I don't trust them and will only eat about a half a serving at a time.

If they're washed and cooked properly and the correct species, you should be OK. However, I'd be certain to read any warning you can get your hands on.

This is a great video because it shows you WHAT NOT to pick when foraging. Whenever, I'm in the woods I always seem to see the poisonous variety way more often than the edible kind.

Personally, I'd never eat anything that has been picked by an amateur that has the potential to give you a 24 hour stomach ache. NO THANKS! I'll stick to the grocery store.
