I guess the proper way to pronounce this is ‘Pah-Cahn’ but I’ve always pronounced it ‘Pea-Can’ because I’m a proud New Englander.
However you pronounce it, feel grateful that you can eat it without swelling up and falling asleep for 24 hours straight. I’m envious!
