I need little incentives to get me to change some habits as I navigate my way through the day, and I think I've found just the right thing.

You know the story, right? 100 years ago a guy named Pavlov and his dogs proved conditioning shapes behavior patterns. Well now, a little startup called Pavlok hopes it's electroshock wristband based on the same theory will curb us of behaviors we want to either encourage or stop all together. It does this by electronically shocking you when you mess up.

For instance, it could help me with my quest to break my M&M habit, napping too much or spending too much time on websites that distract me from other radio related duties.

As you can see, it's going to take a little getting used to.
