A video which has gone viral shows a Florida man being warned because people off his property can smell his barbecue.

In this video that Scotty Jordon posted on his Facebook page, you can see him receiving a warning for violating the Pinellas county's air quality.

Joe Graham, environmental specialist for Pinellas County, can be seen issuing the warning to Jordan and a friend.

An article posted at Foxnews.com says the ordinance states:

“commercial barbecue cookers are not exempt from causing a nuisance odor. If a sufficient number of complaints, representing different households, are reported and an Inspector witnesses the problem, they can issue a Warning Letter.”

Apparently Mr. Jordon's BBQ odors aren't all that popular in his neighborhood, as the county has received more than 15 odor and smoke complaints in the past few years.
