Anyone who has driven through Dover knows of the Fosters building. It was the home of Foster's Daily Democrat for over 100 years.

The building has been empty since Foster moved it's operation out in 2006.

For $2,250,000 it can be yours. It has 58,000 square feet, and according the the broker, CBRE Properties:

"This 52,000 ± SF, four-story building is situated in the heart of Downtown Dover. This property was the corporate office and production building to the Foster's Daily Democrat for over 100 years. It is currently vacant providing the ideal opportunity for a variety of redevelopment uses including residential, retail and offices."

It will be interesting to see what happens to this iconic building as well as the downtown area. This could mean more restaurants and more shops to help bolster an already thriving downtown area.
