Legendary Two Brothers Subs in Somersworth to Close

After 36 years in business, Two Brothers Subs will be closing at the end of the year.

According to Fosters.com, owners John and Barbara Pay will retire and not sell the business.

The store is located on Main Street, right across from the former General Electric, and for many years had enough business to keep them open until 8pm.

Recently the hours have been cut back, as the store closes at 3pm most days.

I wish the Pays the best of luck in retirement, they deserve it!

I will, however miss their roast beef sandwich.
