Make Grandma Ralphie’s Meatball Soup for Sunday Supper [VIDEO]

Today is National Sunday Supper Day and I couldn't think of anything more comforting on a winter day than the Mexican version of Meatball Soup. Take it away Grandma Ralphie!

It's official name is 'Albondigas', which as far as I'm concerned, should be translated into the English language as 'Nectar of the Gods'. I've been fortunate enough to have the real thing on only a couple of occasions and it's well worth trying if you ever have the chance.

I'm also a huge fun of Grandma Ralphie and her no nonsense approach to the internet world of instructional cooking. This recipe appears to be just as authentic as she is and that is really saying something.
