(Rochester, NH) - A Barnstead man is facing a court appearance this morning for causing the death of a Rochester man late last month.

41 year old Eric Langlais of Barnstead turned himself in to Rochester Police and was charged with Manslaughter for recklessly causing the death of 44 year old James Unfonak of Rochester. Unfonak died of severe head injuries after being knocked to the ground during a fight outside Gary's Sports Bar in Rochester early on the morning of January 31st.

Langlais was held over the weekend on $25-thousand cash bail and will be arraigned in Strafford County Superior Court this morning.

Langlais and two women are also facing riot charges in connection with the incident.

41 year old Laurie Henner of Farmington is charged with Riot. 37 year old Many Patch of Rochester was charged with Riot and Simple Assault.

They will be arraigned on February 26th in Strafford County Superior Court.
