Mayor Weston Leads The Ceremony As The City Of Dover Welcomes The Lombardi Trophy

Last night was a great night in Dover! Mayor Karen Weston announced that July 10th, 2017 is New England Patriots Appreciation Day as the city of Dover and many Patriot fans welcomed the Super Bowl 51 Lombardi Trophy to Henry Law Park.

Had a wonderful time at the park last night. On stage was Mayor Weston, former Pats linebacker and Hall of Famer Andre Tippett, Pat Patriot, a Patriots cheerleader and of course, the star of the show, the Super Bowl 51 Lombardi Trophy.

Mayor Weston gave a very nice 7 minute speech and then fans were invited to get their picture taken with the trophy at NO COST. You had to wait in a long line, but well worth it.

Such a fantastic night, lets hope they win their 6th this year so the Super Bowl 52 Lombardi Trophy will make an appearance next July in Henry Law Park.
