Today is my favorite day at the gym, BENCH PRESS DAY! It's a great way to build lean muscle and get your frustrations out as well. Here's Scott Herman to show you the proper method.

In addition to bench press, the fine folks at Fit Body Transformations in Brentwood have added overhanded grip pull ups to my bench press day.

They have promised me that if I have patience and work hard, someday I'll be able to achieve the "Eccentric Pull Up" which Emma from FBT does in the video below with no trouble at all.

As of right now the best I can do at this is fail while having a very 'eccentric' look on my face. But I'm not giving up!
