As The Shark's chief pageant correspondent, I felt that this Miss Universe costume needed to be shared with our audience. Good news! I have found an official photo of Miss Thailand's Tuk-Tuk outfit and it is out of this universe.

The Tuk-Tuk is a famous mode of public transportation that resembles a motorized rickshaw. I would label this outfit as infamous. Watch for it this December when The Miss Universe National Costume Contest 'rolls around again' in December.
