We all know that forging your inspection/registration stickers is a bad idea. Thanks to the Alexandria, NH, police, we now know how HILARIOUS it can look when you get caught.

It's pretty obvious that these are laminated pieces of grocery store coupons. Although I must give credit where credit is due, the font and size of the "7" for the fake July inspection sticker is as close as you can get (at least using any flier that I've found.)

I'm glad the Alexandria police have 'cracked' the case of the Cooper Cracked Pepper Sharp Cheese Car Caper.

This reminds me of the hilarious New York License Plate forgery from last year.
