Sometime within the last few years my taste has changed and the vegetable that I found to be the most foul and stomach upsetting is now my favorite Thanksgiving side dish. Onions! Specifically, Pearl Onions, I now wolf them down like they're candy.

If you pair this with another recent favorite of mine, brussel sprouts, then I'm quite sure that A-train, age 10, would have to assume that I've gone completely bonkers. Thirty years ago, I still mowed through mountains of stuffing and I'm happy to report that tradition is still alive and well.
