New Hampshire Looks Back at the Blizzard of ’78
The 'Blizzard of '78,' ah yes, I remember it vividly. What I remember the most is the air. There were no cars, no exhaust fumes, just clean, fresh air!
I remember building huge snow forts and having massive snowball fights. I remember my brother throwing me off our front porch into a snow bank. I remember having to walk several miles to the nearest store to get groceries.
And, I'm not alone in remembering that February, forty years ago. Check out the posts on sister station WOKQ's Facebook Page. There will never be another storm like the 'Blizzard of 78.'
