New Hampshire Turnpike’s Speed Limit Will Be Increased

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation will increase the speed of one of the state's turnpikes from 55 to 65.

Drivers on the Spaulding Turnpike will be allowed to drive a little bit faster starting next month.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation will increase the speed limit on the Spaulding Turnpike from 55 mph to 65 mph from Exit 9 in Dover to Exit 16 in Rochester, according to WMUR.

The road south of Exit 9 and through the toll plaza in Rochester will continue to have a speed limit of 55 mph.
